Every structure starts as wet concrete.What happens while it cures decides how it cracks, wears and ages.Code+ starts at that moment, while the concrete is still being poured.
As concrete sets, water leaves and it shrinks. Fine cracks open, and water and air follow them in towards the steel. Coatings go on once the concrete has hardened, and sit on its surface. Code+ is first sprayed while the slab is still being placed, so it works through the full depth as the concrete forms. Two later layers then complete the treatment at the surface.
Why we build with Code+
We became the main applicator for Code+ because it deals with concrete's weak point where it starts: inside the slab, while it forms. For our clients, that comes down to four things.
Fast
It goes on with the pour, not after it. Setting and early strength gain are accelerated, so the treatment supports the construction programme instead of adding a stage to it.
Easy
Water-based and non-toxic, sprayed on site as the concrete is placed. It works inside the concrete rather than as a separate layer on top, and later finishes bond better to the treated surface.
Total
Full depth, from pour to final layer, by one team. Code+ works through the whole slab, not just its surface, and we supply and apply all three layers ourselves, so one party answers for the result.
Savings
Less application time and less labour on site, because the treatment goes on with work that is already happening. Getting the technology and method right from the pour also avoids the costly rectification that follows the wrong ones.

Pour and first layer
Wet concrete is cast into the formwork and struck off to a fall. Code+ 505 is sprayed evenly as it is placed, so it penetrates while the concrete is still fluid.

CODE+ Concrete Treatment
Our proprietary water-based nano-graphene formulation, first developed in 2016, converts CO2 into tensile elongation strength during curing while accelerating setting and raising the finished concrete grade. Easy to apply on site, it strengthens crack resistance and helps every pour meet stronger ESG standards without slowing the build.
CODE+ HexaBloc
A lightweight wall panel system built for strength: higher-density construction delivers increased tensile and compressive performance alongside reliable thermal control, resulting in a sturdier, more resilient wall.
CODE+ HexaPaint
A low-VOC, odorless protective coating that dries quickly without sacrificing durability, giving sites a cleaner application experience and a long-lasting finish.
